The skin microbiome, a community of tiny organisms unique to each individual, plays a vital role in the skin’s health and function. When balanced, the skin microbiome acts as a natural protector, regulator, and repairer, and ongoing research is offering insights into its broader impact on skin health. However, our understanding is limited by the amount of data available for analysis.
We are preparing to launch a research study at the University of California San Diego to better understand the skin microbiome.
We are seeking adults (18+) residing in the U.S. who are passionate about advancing the science of skin health. Fill out the interest list form to be the first to know when enrollment opens for the study.
